  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Starts June 11, 2026 at 8:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends July 20, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"), and consists of six (6) Entry Opportunities as defined in Rule #3, below.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win a prize, you must be a legal citizen of the United States, or Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law), be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of participation, and have a valid email address and public account on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter). If you do not have an X account, visit https://x.com and follow the instructions to register for a free X account. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after June 11, 2026, was or is a director, officer, agent, representative, or employee of Lenovo Group Limited (“Sponsor”), X Corp., IC Group Inc. (“Administrator”), or their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes or engaged in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, with the entities listed in 2(a), the “Sweepstakes Entities”); and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/ father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Sweepstakes Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Approximately two (2) weeks before the start of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will publish a designated opt-in post on its official X account (“Opt-In Post”). To receive notifications when new weekly Entry Opportunity posts (as defined below) are published, all eligible participants may like the Opt-In Post at any time during the Sweepstakes Period. Opting in for reminders is optional and is not required to enter or win. Participants who do not opt in may still participate in each Entry Opportunity by monitoring the Sponsor’s official X account directly.

    During the Sweepstakes Period, a total of six (6) separate posts will be released by the Sponsor on a weekly basis (as indicated in the table below), published by @Lenovo on X, each offering a distinct opportunity to obtain an entry into the Sweepstakes draw (each, an “Entry Opportunity”) via an Entry Post (as defined below). Sponsor’s Entry Opportunity posts shall contain a multiple choice question and instructions directing participants to a specific location (e.g., a webpage, video, post or other designated source) where the correct answer to the question can be found. Each Entry Opportunity post will include four (4) possible answer options presented in the form of distinct hashtags (each, an “Answer Hashtag”), only one (1) of which will correspond to the correct answer for that Entry Opportunity (the "Correct Answer Hashtag”), The applicable Answer Hashtags will be disclosed within each of the Entry Opportunity posts at the time of posting. All six (6) Entry Opportunities shall remain open and available for participation through to the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Participants may complete any or all Entry Opportunities at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, as available.

    To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes draw for an Entry Opportunity, an eligible participant must submit a correct answer to the applicable multiple choice question, in response to the Entry Opportunity post, by posting on X in accordance with the requirements below (each an “Entry Post”). Entry Posts must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period, and must contain each of the following elements: @Lenovo, the Correct Answer Hashtag corresponding to that specific Entry Opportunity, and #sweepstakes. A valid entry must include BOTH hashtags (the Correct Answer Hashtag corresponding to that specific Entry Opportunity AND #sweepstakes) AND tag @Lenovo. If any potential entry is missing any of these three elements, the entry will be deemed an invalid entry. Inclusion of any incorrect Answer Hashtag in place of the Correct Answer Hashtag will result in the eEntry Post being considered invalid. After submitting a valid Entry Post, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). Sponsor’s bio on X shall include a link to these Official Rules and Regulations.

    To be eligible, your Entry Post must also:

    • be in accordance with the specific Submission Requirements listed below in Rule #4;
    • comply with the X Terms of Service and X Rules available at https://x.com; and
    • include no more than 280 characters in total.

    Your X profile must be public and/or unprotected and viewable by the Sponsor and its Administrator and allow direct messages from anyone so that you may be contacted by Administrator if you are selected as a potential winner.

    Incomplete, deceptive or garbled Entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for misspellings, typographical errors, or other issues that may affect the ability to locate or record an Entry.

    The name of the person submitting the Entry must be the authorized account holder of the X account used to enter, otherwise the Entry may be deemed void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the social media account used during the entry process. The potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such account.

    If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Mobile entry is not required to submit an Entry or win a prize in this Sweepstakes.

    If you do not have Internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.

    Any Entry Post that does not follow the above format and requirements (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may be discarded, will not be eligible for this Sweepstakes, and will not receive an Entry. Sponsor will disqualify any participants who have a prohibited word match (for example, obscenities) found in their @handle, display name, or Post text, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to waive entry requirements in its reasonable discretion.

    All Entry Posts and associated entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry Post submitted (or purportedly submitted) for the purposes of this Sweepstakes; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with these Rules.

    Limit: maximum of one (1) Entry Post per person/X account per Entry Opportunity. Maximum of six (6) entries total during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Do not send more than six (6) entries Entry Posts in total. All entry actions, including the publication of the required Entry Post, must be completed manually by the participant. You may only use your one (1) personal X account to participate in this Sweepstakes. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of Entries (including but not limited to Entries made using any script, macro, bot or Sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related social media accounts or IP addresses may be blocked. If it is discovered that a participant used multiple X accounts, for the purpose of obtaining more than one (1) Entry per Entry Opportunity, the participant will be disqualified and all of their Entries shall be deemed invalid and any prize awarded to them shall be forfeited.

    Entry Posts that do not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules may be automatically disqualified, and may not be eligible to win a prize, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY POST, YOU WARRANT AND REPRESENT THAT THE ENTRY POST COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND THE X TERMS OF SERVICE AND X RULES. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (DEFINED BELOW) WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USE OF ANY ENTRY POST YOU SUBMIT. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

    As determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, Entries must meet the following guidelines: (i) Must comply with these Official Rules; (ii) Cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, political, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially-dangerous activity; (iii) Cannot promote alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, tobacco, vaping products, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; (iv) Cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (v) Cannot promote terrorist acts such as providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other such weapons or provide instructional information about illegal activities; (vi) Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about Sponsor, its customers or its products, or other people, products or companies; (vii) Cannot contain third party trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others (except Sponsor’s trademarks, logos or trade dress), or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (except Sponsor’s products), without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses; (viii) Cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art, stills, or images published on or in television, movies, the Internet or other media, except such materials owned by Sponsor) without permission; (ix) Cannot contain background artwork, unless it is an original work of the participant; (x) Cannot contain any music, regardless of ownership; (xi) Cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, other than the participant; (xii) Cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and (xiii) Cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.

    If you think that any Entry infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow the notification guidelines as stated herein. Lenovo Group Limited investigates notices of alleged infringement and takes appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c) ("DMCA"). Under the DMCA, claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, court costs, and attorneys' fees.

    ENTRIES POSTED TO SPONSOR’S ASSETS (IF ANY) WERE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND ARE THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to participants. Sponsor reserves the right to waive the entry requirements set forth herein in its sole discretion.

    All of the foregoing shall be in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  5. LICENSE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry Post, each participant: (i) without limiting the X Terms of Service grants to the Sponsor, in perpetuity, an unlimited, non-exclusive, sub-licensable worldwide license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use their Entry Post, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or for any other reason; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to their Entry Post in favor of the Sponsor; (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action that relate in any way to the Entry Post; and (iv) represents and warrants that participant is the sole author and owner of the Entry Post, that the Entry Post is participant’s original work, and that participant has the full right and authority to grant the rights set forth herein without the consent of any third party. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to modify, edit or disqualify any Entry Post if a complaint is received with respect to the Entry Post, or for any other reason. If such an action is necessary at any point, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify the Entry Post and/or the associated participant. If the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that any Entry Post does not comply with these Rules and Regulations for any reason at any time, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify the Entry Post and/or the associated participant. Entry Posts will not be judged.

  6. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAW: On July 24, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM ET, an independent judging organization (the “Sweepstakes Judges”) will randomly draw one (1) Entry for the Sweepstakes Prize from among all eligible Entries received (each a “Potential Prize Winner” and, if verified, “Prize Winner”). Potential Prize Winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
  7. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize (or component thereof) awarded, and participants accept all risks associated with use of the Prize.


    *Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize use, including any internet, cellular or data plans, as applicable, which are winner’s responsibility to obtain.

    Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Sweepstakes Prize: USD $3,522.27

    Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winners acknowledge and agree that they have no expectation of any particular prize and that Sponsor may substitute prizes due to unavailability or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control.

    All federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the Winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether a prize is used in whole or in part. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner will be required to give their social security number to the Administrator as a condition of receiving the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of their prize.

  8. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: Potential Winner will be notified via Direct Message sent by @Lenovo on the X platform. Potential Winner must respond to @Lenovo’s Direct Message within 48 hours from the time that such notification is sent by Sponsor or its agent, or the Prize will be forfeited (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion). Potential Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a W-9 form, and, where lawful, a publicity release, within five (5) business days from the time it is postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor or its representative; otherwise, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a Potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or if Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Prize Winner within 48 hours, or in the event that a prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential Prize Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification.

    Allow 3 - 4 weeks for verification and confirmation of your prize. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason outside of their control. Prize will only be delivered to a verified Winner. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of participants. Sponsor makes no guarantee regarding prize delivery timeframes or shipping carriers, and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery of any prize.

    Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, a Winner (or Winner’s parent/legal guardian if Winner is an eligible minor) agrees and consents to the use of their name, address (city and state of residence), voice, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, including the internet, without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law. Winner agrees that Sponsor shall have no obligation to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, and Winner shall not receive any additional compensation or credit for any such use. Winner further releases Sponsor from any claims arising from the exercise of the rights granted herein.

    CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

  9. By entering, participants (or as applicable, their parents or legal guardians if eligible minors) (i) acknowledge and represent that they are in full compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Participants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated entries will be void.

  10. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant further represents and warrants that: (a) participant meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules; (b) participant is not prohibited by law from participating in this Sweepstakes or receiving any Prize; (c) all information provided by participant in connection with this Sweepstakes is true, accurate, and complete; (d) participant will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with this Sweepstakes; and (e) participant has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at any time. If a participant’s representations are found to be inaccurate or participant is found to be in violation of these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify such participant and require return of any Prize awarded.

  11. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible, or incomplete submissions of requests/Entry Posts whether caused by Internet users, by any of the equipment associated with this Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. All requests become the property of Sponsor and in no case shall be returned to sender.

  12. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant’s registration in the Sweepstakes (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a prize if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the entry process).

  13. As a condition of entering, participants (or as applicable, their parents or legal guardians if eligible minors) agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities (including X, Corp.), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or relating to, either directly or indirectly: (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded herein; (2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Prize-related activities; (3) any breach by participant of these Official Rules or any representation or warranty contained herein; (4) any violation by participant of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity; (5) any personal injury, death, or property damage caused by or arising from the participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any Prize; or (6) any tax liability resulting from winning or receiving any Prize. This release and indemnification shall survive the termination of this Sweepstakes.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) PARTICIPANT'S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF; AND (5) IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE SET FORTH HEREIN, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY PARTICIPANT. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and Regulations, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to North Carolina conflicts of laws principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Wake County, North Carolina.

  15. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify and/or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes (such as force majeure events) beyond the control of the Sponsor impairs the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to randomly select the Prize Winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such cancellation. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in the prize category in question. Sponsor shall not be liable for any cancellation, modification, or suspension of the Sweepstakes, and participants hereby release Sponsor from any and all claims arising from or relating to such cancellation, modification, or suspension.

  16. Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or entries, or the offering or announcement of any prize or in any winner notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or undelivered mail, email, or entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.

    DISCLOSURES:

  17. Any attempt by a participant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void) and will forfeit any prize won. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  18. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in other Sweepstakes materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

  19. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.

  20. Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations hereunder where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other event or circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

  21. This Sweepstakes is solely sponsored by Lenovo Group Limited, 8001 Development Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560 .

  22. For a winners list, send a self-addressed postage stamped envelope to: “LENOVO PICK IT TO WIN IT SWEEPSTAKES, Winner List Request”, P.O. Box 8543, Big Sandy, Texas 75755-8543. All requests must be received by August 24, 2026. Winners list will be sent after the prize has been awarded.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants expressly consent to Sponsor’s collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information, including name, address, email address, phone number, photograph, likeness, and any other information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes, for purposes including but not limited to: (a) administering the Sweepstakes; (b) contacting potential winners; (c) fulfilling Prizes; (d) online and offline direct marketing purposes; and (e) any other lawful purpose. Your personal information may be shared with the other Sweepstakes Entities and third-party service providers who assist in administering the Sweepstakes. Each participant acknowledges that personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than the participant’s country of residence. The individual Sweepstakes Entities are solely responsible for their use of this information. Sponsor is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.
